The location is excellent, just a short stroll from Piazza Maggiore. I appreciated how clean and tidy my superior single room was, and Paolo's warm hospitality. Each morning, I enjoyed free tea in the cozy lounge area.

I faced a few disappointments. The self check-in was a bit impersonal, and though I could communicate via WhatsApp, I missed having a face-to-face interaction with the staff. My room was clean, but there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, made me uncomfortable. The noise from the street kept me awake at times.

We had an very nice time staying at this centrally located hotel! The service was great. Leonardo and Paolo were really nice too arrange taxis and recommend restaurants. Plus, it was great to have a comfortable space that welcomed our large breed dog.

Perfectly situated near major attractions, the hotel made exploring easy. I appreciated the kitchenette, and the comfortable furnishings of my room enhanced my stay. While the stairs were a bit steep, the warm hospitality from the staff made up for it. I also encountered a minor issue with the sink, but the prompt attention to maintenance ensured it was sorted quickly.
